    Just a reminder that Vanco processes ACH transactions on every business day, which is defined as a calendar day other than Saturday, Sunday or a Federal Holiday.  Standard bank processing time applies (2-5 business days) and payment is not posted until deposited.  Payments are due the first of the month and are considered late on the fifth of the month, therefore ACH transactions should be entered before the first to be deposited prior to the fifth.

    Financial Options: Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well-being.  Orthodontic fees are paid on a monthly basis, regardless of scheduled appointments.  For your convenience, there are several payment methods available.  We offer:

    *Monthly mail-in payments with a coupon book.

    *Automatic Bank drafts to be drafted from your checking,savings, or FSA account on the 1st of every month.  A voided check and authorization paperwork is required to initialize this option.

    *Automatic charge credit / debit to your credit card account on the 1st of each month.  A signed authorization and credit / debit card number are required to initialize this option.

    *Paid in full discounts of 3% on credit card payments and 5% on cash and scannable checks are available to patients within a 30 day period after signing the contract.  The amount varies depending on insurance benefits and assignment.
